Friendly, helpful and very sympathetic to my problem

After almost 400 miles driving from Norwich, my Mondeo developed a fault fifty miles from St. Austell and after a temporary repair from the AA I went to Parkside (the Ford dealer was less than helpful!).
What a great company. Friendly, helpful and very sympathetic to my problem.
They obtained the part and got me back on the road almost to the minute they said they would. (well worth the twenty jam doughnuts!!)
