Friendly team and in my experience always do a nice job in a prompt manner.
Great communication including text updates.
Your seats and any mats are always covered, so if you have a nice cream leather interior it won't come back covered in black hand prints like some garages I've used. To be fair I've never had to clean oily prints off any white paintwork either.
Not the cheapest but far from the most expensive garage. But I always feel you get solid work and they fit a good quality component and not some nasty cheap stuff. You don't find half the fasteners left out or panels or doors that are fitted unevenly. You definitely get what you pay for and often they've gone the extra yard in my experience.
On the very rare occasion that there are ever any issues there is never a problem getting them rectified either and that's all you can ask of a service.
